Exciting quartet, Canta la Tumba, celebrates the rich music stylised in the Afro Cuban and Latin traditions. Inspired by the sounds of greats like the Buena Vista Social Club and Santana, the musicians, themselves coming from a variety of musical and cultural backgrounds, join to share in passionate and infectious live performance, seen around the Sunshine coast and at numerous world music festivals. The use of rich Spanish song, guitar, double bass, congas and brass, in the Canta La Tumba show evokes the haunting and playful vibe of the Havana Bar and café scene.
