Claire Willoughby

Over the past 10 years, Claire has been on an odyssey of musical experimentation, morphing genres and techniques to develop her own unique style and approach to her song-writing. 

Blending layers of rhythmic and percussive guitar with sultry and saccharine vocals, the many dimensions of Claire's originals defy the laws of traditional solo artistry.   Infusing lush, folky melodies with funked out, hip-hop inspired poetics, Claire delivers a mix of soul-warming love songs and thought-provoking rap.

Having been invited to play at the Spirit Stage at 5pm on Friday, Claire is looking forward to delivering a set which is bound to be stuck in your head long after the festival is over.
