Hoodoo Gurus

Australian iconic band the Hoodoo Gurus are currently working on a brand new album which is scheduled for release in late 2009.  It’s been five years since their last album and the band are excited to be back in the studio.

The Gurus, as they are affectionately known, formed in 1981 and in their 28 years have recorded some of Australia's favourite radio songs including 'What's My Scene', 'Bittersweet' and 'Like Wow, Wipeout'.

They were inducted into the ARIA hall of fame in 2007 and in their testimonial, were described as "one of the most inventive, lyrically smart and exciting rock 'n' roll bands Australia has ever produced..."
