A long time ago in a garage far, far away – two academic brothers and a bearded BBQ salesman joined forces to write music that reflected entertainment rather than art, showcasing fun rather than talent.

Inspired by 90’s skate punk bands, their fast-paced catchy comedy punk styling’s earned them 1st prize at the Mooloolaba Summer of Sound Band Competition in late 2010 taking home a recording package worth $3000.

In July 2011, Spuhtnik launched their debut 5 track EP ‘Beginner’s Luck’…
