Crowne Plaza VIP Area Tickets
This is your ticket to the best the festival has to offer including access to the exclusive Sun, Surf & Soul Lounge, great views of the stage, other special surprises and the chance to rub shoulders with the stars. Limited VIP tickets are available and are only for ages 18+.
The Sun, Surf & Soul VIP Package includes:
VIP Parking - With parking extremely limited in the Kings Beach Park precinct special VIP parking has been set aside adjacent to the festival site. Please contact the festival office to reserve your parking space.
Sun, Surf & Soul VIP Lounge & Beer Garden - Exclusive area for VIP ticket holders with dedicated bar, premium viewing areas, hosts and better toilet facilities. The VIP Lounge will provide comfortable seating and shade, while the beer garden area will give a great view of the stage. There will also be a special VIP yummy food stall for ease of purchase so you don't miss any of the action getting your refreshments.
After party - This invitation-only event is attended by artists and special guest performers. Unless you're playing, a VIP ticket is the only way you'll get in!
Please note: only Weekend VIP tickets are available for purchase prior to the festival. There MAY be some VIP single day tickets available at the gate if the VIP area is not sold-out.

Ticket Conditions
1. Concession ticket holders must present proof of age or pension cards on entry to the festival (seniors and student cards not accepted for concession tickets).
2. Age of child is determined at the date of the festival not at the purchase date.
3. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
4. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. Festival organisers reserve the right to withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and may vary advertised programs, prices and venues.
6. No alcohol or illicit drugs are to be brought into the festival site.
7. No glass, eskys, video cameras or professional cameras are permitted on the festival site.
8. Chairs and umbrellas may be brought into the venue but must be kept in the back half of the park. People with chairs and umbrellas must not obstruct the view of those behind.
9. Tickets to be redeemed at event for wrist band in order to gain entry and re-entry. Wrist band must be worn for the whole weekend. Broken wrist bands will not be honoured.
Please be aware the Caloundra Music Festival is an all weather event and will continue in all but the most extreme conditions at the discretion of the festival manager. Be prepared for rain or sun.
