Road Closure Dates and Times for CMF11

Please note, similar roads will be closed for the 2012 festival. The exact details will be displayed on this page closer to the event.
 

  1. De Vene Avenue between the intersection of Moreton Parade and Burgess St. and Ormonde Tce Kings Beach from 0600 hrs on Monday 3rd October 2011 to 0600 hrs on Tuesday 11th October 2011.
     
  2. Burgess Street between Moreton Parade and Liquorland driveway adjacent to the Kings Beach Tavern from 0600 hrs on Friday 7th October 2011 to 1200 hrs on Monday 10th October 2011 (29 September between 0600 to 1800 partial closure required).
     
  3. Northern Kings Beach Car park adjacent to Burgess Street from 0600 hrs on Thursday 29th September 2011 to 1800 hrs on Tuesday 11th October 2011.
     
  4. Ormonde Terrace from the roundabout at the intersection of Ormonde Tce and Orvieto Street to Princess Lane.from 0600 hrs on Friday 7th October to 0600hrs on Monday 10th October 2011.
     
  5. Ormonde Terrace from the roundabout at the intersection of Ormonde Tce and The Esplanade to Princess Lane from 1400 hrs on Friday 7th October to 0100 hrs and 11.30 hrs to 0100 hrs on Saturday 8th and 11.30 hrs to 23.00hrs on Sunday 9th October 2011.
     
  6. Princess Lane from the intersection of Ormonde Tce to the parking bays adjacent to Kings Beach park from 1400 hrs on Friday 7th October 2011 to 0100 hrs on Monday 10th October 2011.
     
  7. Lions Park parking area adjacent to Ormonde Terrace between Edmund Street and the roundabout at the intersection of Ormonde Tce and Esplanade from 0600 hrs on Monday 3rd October  2011 to 1800hrs on Tuesday 11th October 2011.
     
  8. Edmund Street car park on Edmund Street from 0600 hrs on Monday 3rd October 2011 to 1800 hrs on Tuesday 11th October 2011.
     
  9. Edmund Street between Ormond Terrace and the culdesac at the end of Edmund Street from 0600hrs on Friday 7th October 2011 to 0600hrs on Monday 10th October.
     
  10. Arthur Street between Edmund Street and Moreton Parade from 0600hrs on Friday 7th October 2011 to 0600hrs on Monday 10th October. The table below provides an overview of the road and car park closures including types of barricades and how they will be manned.
