Is CMF affiliated with the Companion Card Program?
The Caloundra Music Festival is proudly affiliated with the Companion Card program and has a limited number of Companion tickets available for holders of a Companion Card who require assistance of a companion or carer, to attend the Caloundra Music Festival.
Complimentary Companion tickets are offered on ADULT, CONCESSION and YOUTH tickets. Each Companion Card holder will be issued with one (1) complimentary pass for each day of entry that matches the purchased ticket, i.e. if the Companion Card holder purchases a SEASON TICKET, they will be provided with one (1) access pass for one (1) carer for each day of the event.
As per guidelines issued by the Companion Card program, Companion Card holders are required to request a Companion card ticket at the time of purchasing festival tickets.

Purchasing Ticket at the Event
The purchase of tickets at the event will be subject to availability. Many ticket types sold out in 2016 so we encourage everyone to avoid disappointment and book your tickets early. To purchase tickets at the event, please ensure that you advise the Box Office attendant that you require a Companion Ticket prior to purchasing your tickets. The Companion Card holder must present their Companion Card and Photo ID and the Companion or Carer will be required to present Photo ID to Box Office Staff at the time of purchase. If a SEASON Ticket is purchased, then the Companion will be provided with individual tickets for the remaining days of the event and the Companion on that day will only receive a wristband applicable to the specific day. Remaining tickets will then be redeemed for a non-exchangeable wristband each day and will be limited to one per Companion Card holder per day.

As per guidelines issued by the Companion Card program, Companion tickets will not be issued where the Companion tickets were not organised at the time of purchase. Any suspected misuse of the Companion Card will be reported to the Companion Card program. For more information about the Companion Card program please visit www.companioncard.gov.au
